En route to the International Cymatics Conference: The Science of Sound and Vibrational Healing, in Atlanta next weekend, where both he and Dr. Gilbert will be featured presenters, poet, producer and publisher, Jeff Volk, will present a whirlwind overview outlining the esoteric nature of sound and the vibrational patterns it creates.
He will show selections from his award-winning program, Of Sound Mind & Body: Music & Vibrational Healing, as well as still images from the books he’s published on Cymatics. The science of Cymatics is a fascinating study of vibrational patterns created as audible sound frequencies “animate” powders, pastes and liquids into life-like flowing forms, which mimic the structures of plants and animals and other geometric forms found throughout nature, art and architecture. These will be used to illustrate fundamental universal principles that apply at all levels of life, including the most personal levels, such as how the world around us is actually a reflection of the way we view ourselves.
Teacher and researcher, Dr. Robert Gilbert, will present ground-breaking information on Bio-Geometry, a science based on radionics now being pioneered by an Egyptian researcher, Ibrahim Karim.

Poet, producer and publisher, Jeff Volk, has been popularizing the science of Cymatics for 25 years. In 1984 he produced a series of videos based on the pioneering experiments of Swiss scientist Dr. Hans Jenny, which scientifically demonstrated how audible sound creates harmonic, geometric patterns found in intricate life forms, and in the sacred art and architecture of the world's Great Traditions. In 2001, he re-issued Jenny's long out-of-print Cymatics books as a single deluxe edition, and he recently published an English translation of Water Sound Images, the stunning work of contemporary German Cymatics researcher, Alexander Lauterwasser.
After his video, Of Sound Mind and Body: Music and Vibrational Healing, won the Hartley Film Award through the Institute of Noetic Sciences, it’s phenomenal success inspired him to produce the International Sound Colloquium, which for six years, was the premier conference exploring the power of sacred sound and healing music. Gilbert Bio:
Robert Gilbert is a former U.S. Marine Corps Instructor in Nuclear-Biological-Chemical Warfare Survival, and holds a Ph.D. in International Studies. Dr. Gilbert is a Polymath, with knowledge of many different fields. He is co-founder of the Vesica Institute for Holistic Studies in Asheville N.C.
Through the Institute, Dr. Gilbert presents his own series of practical trainings in the fields of Sacred Geometry, Esoteric Spiritual Traditions, The Science of Vibrational Medicine, and Earth Healing. Dr. Gilbert also holds the distinction of being the first non-Egyptian ever granted permission to teach Egyptian BioGeometry®; today he teaches both the Foundation and Advanced Trainings in that field.
